How to print activity PDFs on Letter or A4
Download a PDF that matches the paper in your printer, then print single-sided. Photo Play provides separate Letter and A4 files so you do not need to stretch the artwork to change paper size.
Choose the paper in your printer
US Letter measures 8.5 × 11 inches; A4 measures 210 × 297 mm. Select the matching option on the pack page before downloading. The on-screen preview is a Letter preview, even when you select an A4 download.
Download one page or the full pack
Download this activity gives you the selected activity only. Download full pack includes six activity pages plus a parent guide. A single extracted page may retain its original page number from the full pack; it is still a one-page PDF.
Check scaling and colour
Start with Actual size or 100% in your print dialogue. If your printer clips the edges, choose Fit. Black-and-white printing suits line art, while the original-photo puzzle is easier to compare when printed in colour. Inspect a first sheet before printing the rest.
Prepare the activity together
Use paper and materials appropriate for the child and your printer. A grown-up should cut out the puzzle pieces. The app opening a print dialogue does not confirm that a physical page printed successfully.
