Who Photo Play is for
Photo Play is for adults preparing printable activities for children. You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account, make a pack from your photo or buy generation credits. Children can enjoy the printed activities with a grown-up nearby.
Your photos
Only use photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows a person, you need their permission, and a parent or guardian's permission for a child. Do not upload sensitive, unlawful or harmful images. You keep your rights in your photos; you let us process them to make your pack, as described in our privacy page. Separately donating a finished pack grants Photo Play permission to store, review and publicly display its generated activity pages and PDFs with your display name, and allows others to download them for personal and classroom play. You can withdraw future access in Library; downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
What the AI makes
Line art is made with AI and may change details. Colour suggestions are estimates. Packs are for personal, non-commercial play and classroom use; do not resell them.
Accounts, credits and purchases
You are responsible for activity on your account. One generation credit makes one pack of six activities. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and do not expire while Photo Play operates. Prices are shown before you pay. Web payments are processed by PayPal and Android purchases by Google Play. Refunds follow our refunds page.
Availability and changes
Packs are available for 24 hours after creation, so save the PDFs you want to keep. We may change, pause or end features. If we permanently close paid generation, we will offer refunds for unused purchased credits. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
Responsibility
Keep scissors and small paper pieces under adult supervision. Photo Play is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law where you live.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time on the Account page. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or misuse payments.
